Turned unit on got sd card corrupt, and guess what all my factory Installed software gone won't do anything, yes I'm expired I don't want your updates are anything, I want what I already purchased the preinstalled software so will you send me or tell me how to get this back this is a terrible setup along with support from autel you'd think they would want to keep customers so please help with this 1200 paperweight
